Heart & Soul Studio were looking for a agency that could work in partnership with them to deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy to leverage seasonal market trends, develop new opportunities and deliver a consistent brand message.

Brand Strategy

In order to deliver a joined up and consistent approach to marketing Heart & Soul Studio required a brand strategy to look at their audience, offerings and values and develop a strategic approach.


Heart & Soul Studio wanted to look at their website to ascertain what visitors to their website were doing and how best to increase visitor numbers and conversions.


We carried out a search engine optimisation assessment for Heart & Soul Studio which established that there was great opportunities with regards to keywords.

Social Media

Heart & Soul Studio needed consistent strategic social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram to reach and engage with their audiences in the retail and hospitality sectors. 


Our work with Heart & Soul Studio commenced with a full Brand Strategy including Team Deep Dive, competitor analysis, Website and social media UX assessment, creation of audience avatar and development of Brand Mission, Purpose, Vision and Values.


The next step was a full redevelopment of the Heart & Soul website to more effectively showcase the brand and products, demonstrate vision and values, clearly outline offerings and create SEO and PPC Landing Pages.

Digital Marketing

We undertook a range of digital marketing strategies including search engine optimisation, monthly email marketing campaigns and posting three times a week to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

We are forging a solid foundation of a marketing routine, reliability and engagement plus seeing some encouraging results.
