The Brief
Duncan wanted a cohesive, effective marketing strategy across multiple disciplines to reach business owners in his franchise area. He was looking for a proactive approach to the implementation of the campaign and for a provider that understood and could efficiently manage all aspects of the work.
Strategy
Duncan required a full marketing strategy that looked at the USPs of his business, as well as his competitors and assessed all the possible strategies he could employ.
Design + Print
All design and print HAD to meet the ActionCOACH brand guidelines and be implemented correctly, as well as giving a great Return on Investment.
Social Media
LinkedIn is a key part of Duncan’s B2B marketing strategy, so experience and expertise in this platform were essential, along with skills in video production and blogging for a business audience.
Email Marketing
Duncan needed email marketing which had both automated and monthly campaigns to keep in regular communication with prospects.
Strategy
We carried out a full market assessment for ActionCOACH Ilminster, including identifying Unique Selling Points, Target Audience Persona and taking a close look at the competition from local Business Coaches and other ActionCOACHes. The results of this allowed us to create a full marketing strategy detailing all the actions required in each area of activity.
Design + Print
We design and print communications materials as and when required in line with the ActionCOACH brand guidelines.
Social Media
We plan, write, design and publish regular social media updates in line with the strategy to Duncan’s LinkedIn Profile, LinkedIn Page and Facebook Page and film and edit video content too.
Email Marketing
We set up an email marketing platform to automatically send a funnel of 4 weekly emails when a person subscribes to Duncan’s mailing list, which is linked to his CRM. We also write and send a monthly email campaign which includes his latest blog, upcoming events and Lead Magnet.
