Google Discover is the new name for Google Feed. It shows users content which is of interest to them without them having to search for it. This could include blogs on their favourite subjects, results from their favourite sports team or news from their favourite news sites.
So, how can you leverage this for your business, well if your website provides regularly updated interesting content like blogs or news then the chances are that you already are. Google will serve up your content to users that are interested in it.
You can find out whether your content is appearing in Google Discover in your Google Search Console (which used to be Google Webmaster Tools). It will tell you how often your content is shown, which pieces of content perform well and how this compares with your traditional Google search results.
As with all things Google this is all subject to change…they do love to mix things up!
